For anyone who suffers from back pain or joint pain I can't recommend these classes highly enough and a big thank you to all the trainers for their help, patience and encouragement.

Apart from the fact that I find the exercises fascinating and a really good workout, I feel a huge improvement in the last 6 weeks. The most surprising change is an improvement in my aerobic capacity, which I noticed when cycling. My pulse rate at the biggest effort has dropped by 20%! I didn't expect that to be an effect of Pilates!
We have really noticed the difference since we started going to classes. There's no room for coasting at Pilates Nation and you can definitely feel yourself improving week by week. We really look forward to our Saturday morning classes - it's a great way to start the weekend!
